Glass Greenhouse

The GLASS HOUSE by Rough Brothers uses single-layer glazing with an aluminum substructure. This combination provides for the maximum environmentally controlled space at a minimum cost. Standard truss designs for the glass greenhouse permit clear-span widths in either free-standing or gutter-connected combinations.

Ridge vents and sidewall vents are both available for the glass greenhouse and can be supplied as either manual or motor operated. The glass greenhouse configuration is typically A-Frame, but Lean-To, Sawtooth and custom designs are easily accommodated.

Materials and Glazing

Annealed, tempered or safety laminated glass and thin-line high strength aluminum alloy glazing bars allow maximum penetration of natural sunlight.

The GLASS HOUSE design is used for conservatories, botanical gardens, commercial & retail facilities, colleges & universities, research facilities, schools, vocational training programs, parks and zoos, waste water treatment facilities, correctional facilities and more.
