Richard Reilly - President, Rough Brothers Inc.

Richard Reilly is President of Rough Brothers. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President and Production and Manufacturing Manager for the Company and was responsible for all greenhouse engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing. He also served as Vice President and Divisional Manager of the Institutional and Conservatory Divisions and was responsible for managing projects for schools, universities, and research companies. In that role he had overall responsibility for the institutional and conservatory design, project management, and construction of all Institutional projects within the company. Prior to joining Rough Brothers, Mr. Reilly worked as a financial analyst for Morgan Stanley in the Corporate Finance Group, and as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. He graduated from Dartmouth College.


Pat Long - Vice-President & Divisional Manager, Institutional & Conservatory

As a company Vice-President, Patrick Long serves as both the Conservatory Division Manager and Institutional Division Manager at Rough Brothers. Additionally, Patrick Long serves as Manager of the RBI Structures Group which specializes in one-off custom structural works and glazing system works. Within the respective Divisions, Mr. Long and his team are responsible for the design, engineering, estimating, manufacturing, contracting, construction (and/or renovation) of a wide birth of customer clients, including schools, colleges, universities, private research facilities, public research facilities, conservatories, zoos, arboretums, aviaries, and botanical gardens. Prior to joining Rough Brothers in addition to a monumental skylighting background, Patrick Long worked for a Toronto based acrylic & polycarbonate structured sheet manufacturer, and managed sales to the United States Construction Industry and Greenhouse Market in particular.


Kevin Caron - Vice-President & Divisional Manager, Mass Retail

Kevin Caron is manager of the Mass Retail Division of Rough Brothers Inc. Prior to his current role, Kevin Caron served 21 years in the facilities division of a mid-western big ten university where he was responsible in all facets of maintaining the campus facilities. Before that he was a contractor with his own company. In 2002 he was tasked with setting up a program to maintain mass retail and remodel garden centers; this has become another division within Rough Brothers that now builds any new structures required by our clients but also repairs and remodels their existing structures.


Tom Vezdos - Vice-President & Divisional Manager, Commercial Greenhouses

Tom Vezdos is the Vice-President of the Commercial Division of Rough Brothers Inc. The commercial division specializes in greenhouses and controlled environmental agriculture for flowering, ornamental, nursery, vegetable, and algae markets. In addition to the production markets, the commercial division also focuses on Independent Retail Garden Centers. Mr. Vezdos and his team are responsible for the sales, design, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, contracting, and installation of a vast array of greenhouse structures, growing systems, and environmental controls. Prior to joining Rough Brothers, Mr. Vezdos worked a VP and General Manager in the Steel, Aluminum, and Glass industries. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati and Baldwin Wallace College.


David Roberts - Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Rough Brothers Inc

David joined Rough Brothers as CFO in Sept 2001. David has over 25 years of financial experience and expertise with over 20 of those years in a manufacturing or construction environment. In this role, David is responsible to monitor and deal with the financial and fiscal management process of the organization, including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, tax planning, information systems, real estate, acquisitions, ventures, human resources, and other corporate activities. Prior to joining Rough, David worked for KPMG in Cincinnati (Big Four Accounting Firm) and has held positions as a financial analysis, plant controller, and CFO. David is a CPA and holds a BS degree from Northern Kentucky University.
